In your Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) training, you'll learn the scrum framework, principles, and values that make scrum work, plus key skills and tools you need to be an effective product owner. You will discover how to juggle multiple stakeholders’ needs, get hands-on practice creating a product vision, and learn new ways to get to know your customers so that you can choose the right next piece of value to bring to market for them. In this course, you will focus on facilitating goal setting and planning for yourself and others to meet team goals and satisfy customers. You will also gain the ability to understand and work efficiently from a product backlog.

In your Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) training, you’ll expand upon what you learned in your CSPO course and learn to manage multiple business initiatives from competing stakeholders as well as how to order and express product backlog items. You’ll practice defining a clear product vision, and discover techniques to help you communicate effectively with stakeholder groups to achieve alignment, identify crucial opportunities, and avoid wasting time. You’ll develop the skills to define and validate business value, increase your credibility as a product expert, and become recognized as a person who delivers real business results.

Certified Scrum Professional® Product Owner
In your Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner (CSP-PO) course you’ll build upon the skills you learned in your A-CSPO course and solidify your approaches for validating product assumptions. You’ll gain confidence in your role and discover strategies for advanced interactions with customers and users. You’ll also learn to master advanced product backlog management. A CSP-PO also establishes a gateway and milestone toward becoming Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST), Certified Team Coach® (CTC), or Certified Executive Coach® (CEC).
