Be the impact that transforms the world of work.

You can inspire the hearts and minds of students in Japan by introducing them to a better way of working as a Certified Scrum Trainer - Regional (CST-R). This is your opportunity to provide the best, most respected, and globally recognized Scrum certifications.

Scrum Alliance has led the global agile movement since 2001 as the first Scrum-certifying trade association.  Our mission is to inspire the growth of Scrum through a passionate community of change agents around the world and to provide the best, most recognized global Scrum certifications.

The Japanese Scrum community represents a wealth of untapped possibilities. In order to broaden Scrum Alliance’s reach and inspire the growth of Scrum, we need native language trainers to maximize the impact of Scrum and agile education and certification in Japanese.

We need you to increase our impact!

As a CST-R, you would train Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) courses exclusively in Japanese, specifically tailored, by you, to a Japanese audience.

Our goal with this program is to create a more impactful classroom experience for Japanese students by offering more courses in your native language and in your region’s delivery style, while also serving those on their journey to becoming a global Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) (if you choose, by completing a few additional application steps.) In addition, CST-Rs are included in Scrum Alliance’s influential global Guides community of Certified Scrum Trainers and Certified Agile Coaches.
